I design lifecycle systems that guide users from signup to activation, conversion, and long-term retention. My work focuses on building automated journeys, improving onboarding flows, and creating data-driven triggers that support complex B2B and fintech funnels across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.Lifecycle for me is not just about messaging. It is the operational backbone that ensures customers progress smoothly through each stage of their journey.

Framework

How I Approach Lifecycle

  • Map the Journey. Define the full lifecycle from signup to activation, PQA (product-qualified action), conversion, and retention. Identify the true behavioral milestones that matter in fintech or long-cycle B2B funnels.
  • Instrument and Structure the Data. Ensure lifecycle events, status transitions, onboarding signals, and routing logic flow correctly across CRM, product analytics, and automation tools
  • Build Triggered Journeys. Design journeys driven by user behavior, firmographics, risk/compliance stages (fintech), and product usage—not static drip sequences.
  • Optimize Activation and First-Value Moments. Identify friction in onboarding, KYB/KYC (fintech), qualification, and first-use experience. Improve the sequence, timing, and context of lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Automate and Scale. Automate predictable workflows, align lifecycle → sales processes, and ensure global consistency across NA/EU/SEA. Use AI to refine segmentation, predict next-best-action, and reduce manual intervention.
