  • Build Clear Incentive Structures. Define commission tiers, performance metrics, revenue share models, and partner qualification logic. Ensure each model supports the company’s growth economics.
  • Enable Partners with Repeatable Systems. Create scalable onboarding, documentation, co-marketing templates, and communication channels that help partners drive consistent performance.
  • Track and Measure Performance. Use attribution frameworks, UTM logic, qualification scoring, and downstream analysis to ensure partner leads convert, activate, and generate real revenue.
  • Maintain Quality and Compliance. Monitor partner activity, verify authenticity, and manage risks related to fintech compliance requirements across global markets.
