What I Do

  • Build growth models and performance frameworks across multi-region funnels (NA/EU/SEA) 
  • Design and run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and product-led activation loops
  • Improve onboarding and lifecycle journeys for long-cycle B2B funnels
  • Identify friction across acquisition → activation → retention and remove it structurally
  • Define growth KPIs, instrumentation, tracking, and measurement systems
  • Partner with product, sales, engineering, and data teams to align growth roadmap
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to accelerate insights and scale proven loops

Framework

My Growth Framework

  • Diagnose the System. I analyze the funnel holistically, from traffic quality, routing logic, activation paths, drop-off points, onboarding friction, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Identify structural bottlenecks. Growth stalls when data breaks, when qualification is unclear, when attribution misleads, or when onboarding is overly complex. I focus on the underlying mechanics that impact conversion.
  • Run experiments with predictable process. Landing page CRO, product activation tests, pricing experiments, messaging variations, referral loops, and multi-step funnel optimization.
  • Automate & scale what works. Automation supports consistency: lifecycle triggers, routing flows, qualification logic, AI enrichment, and cross-market alignment.
