ABOUT DANIEL

I am at my best when growth work gets messy and needs someone who can make it clearer

I help fintech and B2B teams make sense of messy motions, build cleaner systems around them, and keep execution human while the work scales.

Most often, that looks like

Acquisition, lifecycle, attribution, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows where teams need calmer execution, clearer ownership, and better systems behind the visible metric.

MY STORY

The closer I got to growth, the more the work started looking like systems design

I did not stay interested in marketing because of campaigns alone. I stayed because I kept noticing the work underneath them: the broken handoff, the missing context, the CRM field no one trusted, the polished launch that still felt harder than it should have.

Over time, that pulled me closer to the operating layer. I stopped thinking about marketing as a stack of channels and started thinking about it as a living system made of workflows, data, ownership, and human energy. When that system is healthy, growth becomes easier to trust. When it is not, even good strategy starts leaking value.

The real leverage is rarely in the campaign alone. It sits in the system behind it.

Today I work at the intersection of growth strategy, lifecycle design, marketing operations, and AI-enabled execution. I like the messy middle: diagnosing bottlenecks, aligning teams, and building processes that hold up under real pressure without making people feel like they are working inside machinery.

What colleagues say

The feedback I hear most often is some version of this: strong systems thinking, calm execution, and a genuinely good teammate to build with.
