My career didn’t follow a predefined path.
As the problems I worked on became more complex, my role naturally expanded beyond traditional marketing.
I was consistently drawn to the hardest challenges. The projects that sat outside clearly defined scopes and required deeper operational and technical understanding. Broken funnels, unclear attribution, fragmented data, and complex onboarding flows across regions.
Rather than staying at the surface, I chose to work closer to the underlying systems. I wanted to understand why performance changed, not just what changed.
Over time, one idea became clear:
Marketing doesn’t break at the campaign level. It breaks at the system level.
To solve system-level problems, I leaned into areas often adjacent to marketing: lifecycle design, CRM and data workflows, cross-functional operations, and automation.
That path reshaped how I think and work today. I approach marketing as an integrated system. Thinking like a growth strategist, operating with engineering discipline, and collaborating closely with product and operations teams.
The result is a more technical, adaptable way of building growth. Designed for scale, clarity, and long-term resilience.
I take a systems-driven approach to marketing.
Before scaling anything, I focus on making the entire engine work.
My operating principles:
I enjoy clean dashboards, streamlined workflows, and tools that genuinely make teams faster.
I’m drawn to problems others avoid. especially the ones that feel too operational, too messy, or too complex to untangle.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me taking long walks, exploring new cities, or experimenting with productivity tools I probably don’t need.
And occasionally, I rebuild something purely for the satisfaction of making it cleaner.
We worked closely together rolling out a new part of the business, and I was constantly amazed not only by his technical project management skills, but also by his ability to keep the team motivated through the inevitable challenges.
