About

I run the campaigns and own the stack they run on

AI-enabled growth for B2B SaaS and fintech: full-funnel integrated campaigns across paid, lifecycle, ABM and web, on a marketing operations layer I architect myself, with agents carrying the repeatable execution and a person on every gate that matters.

In practice that means four things at once: growth marketing owned end to end and measured on payback, full-funnel integrated campaigns where paid, lifecycle and sales activation run as one motion, AI-driven marketing and revenue operations where CRM, routing, attribution and reporting are one governed system, and system automation built with agents that run the repeatable work and escalate the rest.

The habit started before marketing did. My first job out of school was research at Glass, Lewis & Co., reading public-company filings on board independence and financial performance. I learned to distrust any number I could not trace, and that instinct has followed me through every funnel since.

At ToLocal I was the first and only marketer. When you are a marketing department of one, every channel is your channel: performance media, affiliates, trade shows, the website, the deck the founder presents tomorrow. Over six years that turned into a VP role, a team of seven in the US with five more in China, and a media program I ran like a P&L because the founder read it like one.

PingPong is where the operations habit became the job. I joined as a marketing manager and spent my first months building plumbing nobody would ever see: CRM, marketing automation, outreach cadences, dashboards, every piece integrated by one person before a single campaign ran. Campaigns came after, inbound in year one, then account-based marketing with sales in year two. The cross-border payments growth the case studies describe ran on that foundation, and the numbers held up because the plumbing did.

In 2023 I put the OpenAI API to work earlier than most marketing teams: support tickets consolidated and auto-drafted, a content pipeline that took the blog from occasional to weekly, enrichment and campaign briefs wired straight into Salesforce. That was the turn. Since late 2025 I've been building AI GTM tools end to end, and at ThinkingAI I now rebuild marketing functions as agent-native systems, the work the newest case studies document.

Italian food, cocktails, clay, and animals

Making things with my hands is how I switch off. After a day of dashboards, it feels good to work on something I can actually touch.

Most weeks that means cooking Italian food. I make pasta from scratch and I've gotten pretty serious about it. The dog supervises from the kitchen floor and usually gets a taste.

I also like mixing cocktails at home, one classic at a time until I can make it from memory. And I've been learning pottery. The wheel is slow and messy in a good way, and it has taught me more patience than any book on management.

The dog sits in on most of my video calls, off camera, and has strong opinions about when they should end. At work I'm usually the one making the meme or cutting a morale video when a project gets intense. I build systems for a living, and I want the people inside them to actually enjoy being there.
